Susan Macintosh

Sue has 40 years of experience that span across manufacturing and supply chain, procurement and strategic sourcing, engineering, and quality assurance in the consumer products and pharmaceutical industries.  She has successfully led a variety of projects, ranging from new equipment installations to complex global systems transformations.  She is a motivational leader of large diverse teams, skilled at leading and uniting teams across all functions and levels, as well as collaborating fluidly among clients and project staff through clear communication, and with professionalism and accountability. 

 

Sue holds bachelor’s degrees in industrial engineering and business administration from the University of Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in industrial & management systems engineering from Arizona State University.  She is a certified PMP and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

EXPERTISE INCLUDES:

  • Business process transformation utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology

  • Implementation of ERP and cloud-based procurement and spend management systems

  • Creation and transition of shared services organizations

  • Operational readiness and quality system management for FDA-regulated products

  • New processing production implementation (process upscale development, process equipment installation)

  • Packaging production line expansion
